Deck The Hall's....

Being our first Christmas and the cheapo that I am....the serious decorating will start next year cause I'm waiting to get the deals day after Christmas! Wes and I started a tradition that I love....every place we visit we buy an ornament! This is a tradition that will one day fill our tree and be even more fun when we have a family.

 My favorite episode of friends is when Phobe explains to Ross that he and Rachel will get back together cause he is "her Lobster and Lobsters mate for life!" When Wes and I started dating I knew he was my "lobster" and we've been calling each other that ever since. We will be that old couple in the tank claw in claw. haha.I got this for Wes our first Christmas together.

Wes and I had the amazing opportunity to go to Italy with his old company last November. It was AMAZING. When Wes was done with work we toured different parts of Italy and on our last day we visited Venice. Again...AMAZING. We picked up our Venetian Santa in a little glass shop. Definitely one of our favorite ornaments.

 When we found out Bobby's last game was during the week of our honeymoon we had to do some rearranging....come home early to tell the skipper farewell. It was an amazing ceremony and we went with our favorite fans, Danny and Beth.

Bobby Cox Hall fell into our laps in July when a co-worker told me she knew of a malti-poo that needed a home. After meeting him I was in love and when I sent Wes a picture he was hooked as well. He is a ball of energy thats for sure but we couldn't imagine life without him.

honeymoon

Wes booked us an amazing honeymoon. We went to Excellence Resorts in Playa Mujeres, Mexico. It was so relaxing, beautiful and much needed. It was a blackberry, laptop, work free zone. We tried every food and drink on the menu. Our room was BANANAS (he spoils me!) Between the hammocks in the pool, amazing service, our favorite martini bar, we cannot WAIT to go back!

September 25th has come and gone and it was amazing.
We had a great day and were so thankful to share it with everyone we love.
We didn't want the night to end but glad we have great pictures to look back on.
